Shipping and Returns

Ever since it opened for business in 2007, OnlyRugs is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We are aware that you may hesitate to order over the Internet, therefore all of our rugs are covered by a "No-Questions Asked" guarantee. You may return your rug within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Your only responsibility will be the cost of the return freight.

We will not accept returns of soiled or damaged goods. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only the purchase price of the rug.
